Being Healthy - The Best Toothcare
Being healthy is the best toothcare there is.
That's right, and that's coming from someone who had a lot of tooth issues when they were younger and spent a lot of time hearing that drilling sound in Western doctors' dental cabinets, which honestly just make the child frightened, or make the person feel uncomfortable, generally.
Like with crime, though, although people abhor it at first, you may learn to tolerate it if you stay in contact with it enough, and even embrace it. - That sound.
This illustrates the general issue with Western medicine, or one of them, at least, besides the fact that the authority is always external, and there is rarely, if only from the doctor, recommendations about changing one's behaviors, with absolutely no support for this idea called "you get to take care of your body", which happens to be your partner for this lifetime, until the end, allowing you to experience life, or if you're into spirituality, the human experience.
It is not wrong to take care of your body, and it is certainly not wrong to want to eat healthy.
Eating healthy and having a positive outlook on your teeth is all I have needed for over three years. No toothbrushing.
I believe it was a friend that recommended doctor Weston A. Price to me, who went to Africa and Alaska to study the diets of tribes which had perfectly healthy teeth with no Western dental care, and tribes which didn't!
He found tribes which had just started eating Western foods (becuase their body hadn't developed an immunity to it, like ours) quickly got sick when they started eating Western foods, particularly chocolate. In the 1930s.
It is not natural to eat tons of soda, sweets, and so on. That is why I got sick all the time!
Since I have eaten healthy - an approach based on responsability rather than hurting your teeth and blaming it on your body, ever so lovingly, it's actually allowing you to heal your whole body and let it experience the health and balance it truly deserves.
Indeed, if you hear any doctor or parent tell you about being "balanced", ever, just remember this. True balance is love, and true love is guiltless... Don't let anyone stop you from it, and it's actually okay, even, to just not tell people who would anyhow judge you for it, and not care, generally.
You don't have any debt towards people who are idiots and let yourself be hurt or see them get hurt over you being alive and healthy. Taking responsability for other people's opinions of you will often lead one to anyhow feel shame or guilt towards others, which will in turn lead to more bitterness in the case of shame towards everyone, and in the case of guilt, it will lead one to, if one keeps getting accused of things while being kind, sometimes just become numb to other people's feelings, because you are not associating with the people who love you and need to "grow a tough skin".
Indeed, what foolishness, to grow a tough skin in a way that I could already predict the course thereof for you until the end. There is nothing to be gained from gaining a tough skin, and anyhow, happiness is not found by giving up one's self or suffering, but through happiness and healing - which is the opposite of coping, and which cannot be lost the more you get it, because, ultimately, you are, by your nature, it. Healthy and free... You just need to remove all the poison.
Have a good day, and a good life.
