Jogging

After over 2.5 years jogging, technically 3.5+, I would like to give some advice on jogging.

If one has low stamina, one can train it very well by Swimming, something you may propose to your parents if they won't let you go otherwise [yes, this is fine, if you'd like it] as helping with your back, if your back is a bit not straight.

If they then ask you to go to kinetoteraphy, you can then also use it as a pretext to keep doing swimming, not kinetotheraphy, telling them it can help. The aim of this is not to please them, that's called self-defeating control, but simply toget them to let you swim if they are really negative about the proposal.

Now we can get into the work of jogging. Level up slowly. You can do challenges as a help in this, and even combine it with other exercise if you are really excited about getting stronger.

You may be tempted to run to school as well, or so on, however doing this for such a pitiful matter as school, which today has such poor learning methods that are inefficient and monoistic - that is - there is only one curriculum for everyone, rather than pluralism and inclusivity...

- Today's scohols ar not the dream schools of anime. This practical matter must be acknowledged, and as such, you will get tired if you run to school for today's schools, even if you are at a great school, since it is nowehere as great as you. If you can call something anything less than 10, one general rule is you're at 10 and looking down at something less than you.

You will find that you are able to grow faster and increase your runs' length at a faster pace if you use items rich in calcium and protein.

For protein, to recover from burnout, I recommend protein chocolate bars.

For calcium, I recommend certain cereal bars, which have higher concentration of calcium per 100g than cheese. Cheese is the food typically with the highest concentration of calcium. Forget about milk by itself. Cheese also has proteins and fat.

Cheese is the best food, then, that is commonly thought of as such, but cereal bars tend to have higher concentration. You can look.

You may find that your parents don't want you to stay outside after certain hours. Only break any curfew by a little, if necessary... but if they keep complaining you should not respond by hating them, but by loving them.

Take them out running once, and don't let them come with you twice, because you'll lose your momentum if you find running painful for too long.

If they set a really stupid curfew, or one you want to change, you should set up a show of love, and then wisely refuse to take them out again.

You don't need to tell them everything. I tis not your duty to do so, and you will just winding up becoming bitter if you try to take on everyone's weird beliefs, or if you let people keep trating you meanly, you'll start to become numb to their feelings and "grow a tough skin", when you totally don't have to.

This is my general advice on jogging.

Besides that - Have fun!
