Relaxation Eyecare
The Bates Opthalmology method tells us that eyecare does not need to be expensive and super hard. It does not need to be about n exercises, as I did when I was little, wearing a patch over one eye for 4 hours, three hours, two hours, and then one hour, then half an hour so the other eye gets to practice seeing.
Indeed, Western Ophtalmology is bloated. I have used Bates Ophtalmology for 2.5 years+ with no issues.
That said, in trying this, one should not rush themselves. One may try, as an experiment, not wearing glasses for a week, and sticking to the practices presented on YouTube, as on the channel Nathan Oxenfeld, a lovely channel on the Bates Ophtalmology method!
I have been shocked at how little maintenance it takes, and in fact, if you really need to use your eyes for some stuff for a while, you can rebuild that strength back using the practice.
The key to the Bates method is a positive outlook on your health, combined with taking care of your eyes, rather than just using them, making them your friends, and respecting them, together with a desire for consistent eyecare, at least for a while, if you want your eyesight to improve as well as be well.
If the body is your friend, allowing you to experience a human lifetime you love, you should take care of it as a friend, and work with it! [Rather than against it, trying to fix it as a tool that sometimes breaks down, because of your deviant thinking, belief life is hard, a struggle, scary, or just painful, instead of letting yourself enjoy life as it truly is. Daring to live and be helped and taken care of by those things and people that will care. Letting yourself laugh with others and learn to always trust others, but also remembering what it's like to be yourself, unused, peaceful, not needing to struggle to be loved by anyone and everyone
Indeed, there is love for everyone and everything in this Universe. We don't live in a scarce Universe. The question is: Are you ready?
